Terms and Conditions

Before booking a consultation, purchasing a guide, or accessing any digital product from Happy Snooze Lane, please take a moment to read these Terms & Conditions.

They are here to help ensure clarity, kindness, and confidence as we work together.

If you book a personalised support package, you’ll be asked to review and agree to a separate client contract. This outlines the exact structure of your package, communication boundaries, and how we’ll work together gently and respectfully.


 

1. Scope of Service 

Happy Snooze Lane offers infant and child sleep coaching services, which may include assessments, tailored sleep plans, virtual consultations, and ongoing support.

This support is educational and designed to guide you in making confident, informed choices about your child’s sleep. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, nutritional, or therapeutic advice, and should not replace guidance from qualified healthcare professionals. If you ever have any concerns about your own or your child’s health or development, please seek guidance from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

ADHD & Neurodivergent Sleep Support

Happy Snooze Lane provides sleep support and coaching services for families, including those with children who are neurodivergent (e.g. ADHD, sensory processing differences, or related traits).

Please note that I am not a medical professional, psychologist, or therapist. My services do not include diagnosis, clinical treatment, or medical advice. All support is offered in the form of education, parent mentoring, and practical strategies rooted in real-world experience and current sleep science.

If at any time I feel your child or family may benefit from additional or specialist support beyond my scope, I will gently refer you to an appropriate healthcare professional.

I cannot promise specific results or timelines, as every child and family is unique. Sleep outcomes depend on many factors beyond my control, including your child’s temperament, developmental stage, and how consistently strategies are applied.

At Happy Snooze Lane, we believe in working with you rather than telling you what you should or should not do. Together, we’ll explore sleep solutions that feel right for your family and can be sustained with confidence. The choice of whether to follow the recommendations shared is always yours.

My role is to offer you up-to-date, evidence-based, developmentally appropriate guidance that respects your parenting style, your child’s needs, and your family’s values. Nothing I share will ever ask you to compromise responsive parenting or the precious bond you have with your little one. I will never ask you to try something that doesn’t feel right for you.

 

As a certified infant sleep consultant, my role is to support your child’s sleep and overall wellbeing within that scope. If any concerns come up that fall outside of sleep support - such as medical, psychological, or therapeutic needs - I’ll always recommend connecting with the right qualified professional to guide you further.

      

By engaging the services of Lucie Ferdusova (trading as Happy Snooze Lane), you acknowledge and agree that:

a. You will share any relevant medical information that could affect your child’s sleep or wellbeing, so that support can be tailored appropriately.

b. Once you purchase a sleep package through the website, you’ll be invited to book your consultation at a time that suits you. Your consultation is confirmed once the booking is made, and from that point onward, the 48 working hour cancellation policy applies (as explained below).

c. You understand that personal details you share with me will be kept securely. Your information will never be shared with third parties.

4. Your sleep plan and guidance are personalised for your family and are not to be shared with others, as the advice may not be relevant.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

  • The service is considered to have started once the initial consultation takes place. After this point, refunds are not provided.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 working hours in advance will not incur a charge.
     

  • For cancellations made less than 48 working hours prior to the scheduled consultation, a 50% refund will be issued. Please note: My working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am-8pm.

  • Happy Snooze Lane reserves the right to reschedule, delay, or modify services in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control - such as illness, emergency, or technical issues. Where possible, any changes will be discussed with you promptly.

       In the rare event that the Consultant needs to cancel a scheduled consultation, an alternative         appointment will be offered at a mutually convenient time.

 

3. Purchasing E-Guides and Digital Products 

All digital products and resources offered by Happy Snooze Lane (including e-guides, downloads, and printable tools) are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once you have accessed or downloaded a product, the sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded - as the product cannot be returned.

4. Equality & Inclusive Practice 

At Happy Snooze Lane, kindness and inclusivity are at the heart of what we do. Every family is welcomed with respect, without judgement or discrimination. We are committed to offering support that honours all backgrounds, beliefs, parenting choices, abilities, and family structures.

If there’s anything you’d like us to know to help us support your family in the best way, we warmly invite you to share this at the start of your consultation.

 

5. Ongoing Support

Happy Snooze Lane provides follow-up support exactly as outlined in your chosen package. After our consultation, I’ll take everything we’ve discussed and thoughtfully create a personalised plan with suggestions tailored to your family’s sleep needs. Your bespoke summary will be sent within 48 hours of our session.

For WhatsApp or email support:

  •  Follow-up support is available during my working hours - Monday to Saturday, 9am–8pm (UK time).
    You are welcome to message as often as needed throughout your support period. Please note that all communication should be sent within working hours. I aim to respond within 24 hours, although immediate replies cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for respecting these boundaries, which help ensure a high level of care for every family I work with.

If your package includes follow-up calls, these will be scheduled as agreed (one 30 minute call per week).

7. Professional Insurance

Happy Snooze Lane is fully insured, including professional indemnity and public liability cover. This ensures that all services and digital products are delivered with care, professionalism, and appropriate protection.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled within this legal framework.

 

9. Changes to These Terms

Happy Snooze Lane may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of services or products indicates acceptance of the latest terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Happy Snooze Lane is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, guidance, or resources, except where required by law. The responsibility for how you choose to use the advice and information provided rests with you.

11. Data Protection

All personal data shared with Happy Snooze Lane is handled securely and in line with our Privacy Policy.
