A personalized sleep plan to help you tackle one specific sleep challenge - without a consultation call

How It Works

 

You’ll receive a welcome message from me, along with your intake form and sleep diary. These help me understand your child’s rhythms, challenges, and needs - so we can create a sleep plan that actually fits real life.

I’ll review your completed sleep diary and intake form with care, looking at your child’s patterns, behaviours, and sleep setup.

Within 1–2 working days, I’ll send you a fully personalised, responsive sleep plan - tailored to your child’s temperament, sensory needs, and your family’s values. No generic schedules. No unrealistic expectations. Just calm, connection, and doable steps forward.

For 7 days, you’ll have unlimited access to me via WhatsApp or email. Ask questions, share updates, or talk through tough moments - I’ll be here with thoughtful responses and kind encouragement throughout the week. 

At the end of our support week, we’ll have a final chat to reflect, answer any remaining questions, and help you feel confident continuing on your own. You’ll leave with clarity and peace of mind.

If you're feeling lost in the fog of sleepless nights, this package offers a gentle reset. We’ll walk through it together - step by step - with a bespoke plan, ongoing guidance, and compassionate support that holds space for your child and for you.

How it works

You’ll receive a warm welcome from me along with a detailed intake form and sleep diary to help me understand your little one’s sleep patterns, challenges, and sensory needs.
We’ll meet for a heart-to-heart video call where I’ll gently guide you through what’s happening and why, and how we’ll move forward.
Within 2 working days, you’ll receive a detailed, fully personalised sleep plan based on everything we’ve discussed. 

You’ll have unlimited access to me via email or WhatsApp for 3 weeks.

We’ll check in weekly to troubleshoot, adjust your plan, and celebrate progress together. 

At the end of our 3 weeks, we’ll meet for a final wrap-up session to reflect on your child’s progress, build confidence for the weeks ahead, and make sure you’re feeling supported beyond our time together.
